Expedited Process Serving is a legal process serving company conveniently located in downtown St. Paul, Minnesota. We are dedicated to providing timely service of process and legal courier throughout the Metro area and Western Wisconsin. All service of process will be attempted within 24 hours of receipt. We guarantee professional delivery of all legal documents, including but not limited to; Subpoenas, Summons, Evictions, Foreclosures, Notice of Hearings, Orders, Etc. All service of process is at a flat rate fee with no mileage.
We offer daily services to Corporation Service Company (CSC) and CT Corporation for a flat rate fee of $35.
Standard Process Service
$60 – Anoka, Dakota, Hennepin, Ramsey, Washington Counties in Minnesota, and St. Croix County Wisconsin.
$80 – Carver, Chisago, Isanti, Scott, Sherburne, Wright Counties in Minnesota. As well as Pierce, and Polk Counties in Wisconsin.
$25 – Rush Process Service Fee (along with standard fee)
$60 – Cancellation Fee (After Service has been attempted)
$35 – Incorrect address fee
$35 – Daily CSC and CT Corp. Service
Stakeouts
$60 per hour, plus .50 a mile while performing the stakeout
Sometimes people we are attempting to serve will avoid service for whatever the reason. We perform stakeouts in order to get these difficult papers served. Expedited Process Serving is licensed with the Board of Private Detectives in the state of Minnesota and also Wisconsin. All servers are licensed under Midwest Legal’s license giving our servers the opportunity to perform a stakeout in order to get difficult papers served. Other process serving companies advertise and also perform stakeouts without being licensed. This is unlawful, and if prosecuted the server could be charged with harassment or stalking. Be careful that your process servers are licensed by the board of private detectives if they are performing stakeouts for your firm, not only does the company need to be licensed but so do the employees performing the stakeout.
